Dr. Toback received his Bachelor of Arts degree, summa cum laude, from Boston University. He subsequently received his medical degree from Boston University, where he was a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha honor medical society. Dr. Toback then completed a full residency in internal medicine from the University of Vermont before entering dermatology. He finished a residency in dermatology at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center and is board certified in both dermatology and internal medicine. Dr. Toback is a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology and a Fellow of the American College of Physicians. He is a member of the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery and is Assistant Clinical Professor of Dermatology in the Department of Dermatology at The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Columbia University. His medical interests in caring for patients extend the full breadth of comprehensive dermatological care — medical, surgical and cosmetic, from infancy to the elderly.
