Dr. Christina Kwon is a native New Yorker. She attended MIT where an interest in medicine led to a BS in biology. She returned to NYC to obtain her MD from SUNY HSC at Brooklyn, graduating in 1996. She completed residency training at NYU Medical Center, where she was named Chief Resident. In 2000, she was received the Lyman G. Barton Memorial Award, given to the outstanding resident in each class. Dr. Kwon is board-certified physician and fellowship-trained in urogynecology. She specializes in female incontinence, reconstructive pelvic surgery, and general gynecology. Her patients describe her as a friendly, compassionate and thorough physician who makes each patient feel certain they are receiving the finest care.
