Dr. Fishman received her medical degree from NYU School of Medicine before completing residency training at Albert Einstein School of Medicine, where she was chief resident. In addition, she completed advanced fellowship training in Melanoma and Pigmented Lesions at Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School. In 2010, She studied integrative medicine at the Continuum Center for Health and Healing, Beth Israel Medical Center in New York City, and have continued studying Integrative Medicine on her own since. She received her undergraduate degree from Princeton University, graduating magna cum laude with a BA in Romance Languages and Literature. Other professional affiliations include fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. Her media experience includes several appearances on “The Dr. Oz Show,” “The Meredith Vieira Show”, and the “The Today Show” and educational videos for Women’s Health, Parents magazine, and the online channel Howcast. She was recently featured as a Beauty Innovator for Women’s Health magazine for her holistic approach to dermatology. She has been quoted in a wide range of health, beauty, and wellness print publications such as InStyle, Elle, Cosmopolitan, Women’s Health, Dr. Oz’s The Good Life, Natural Health, and Men’s Health, as well as several online publications including Vogue.
