Dr. Vitt practices adult primary care with a focus on gay mens' health, travel medicine, and HIV medicine. He is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine and the American Academy of HIV Medicine. Dr. Vitt graduated from Columbia University College of Physicians & Surgeons, and completed residency at New York-Presbyterian Hospital-Columbia. He maintains faculty appointments of Instructor in Clinical Medicine at both Columbia P&S and NYU School of Medicine. Dr. Vitt has extensive international health experience, including volunteering with Doctors Without Borders in East Africa, and other medical experience in India and Latin America. He continues to provide travel medicine care for DWB field staff. The office specializes in Gay Men's Health issues, including Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis for HIV (Truvada PrEP), meningitis and other vaccines, HPV surveillance, and HIV care.
