How was your experience with the doctor?Dr Jacqueline Ysique, was very pleasant and professional. I felt great confidence in her answers to my questions regarding vaccinations, preventative testing and preventative care.
Her staff was equally competent and attentive to the details of my examination.
I experienced a very short wait prior to the exam and I was equally pleased with the help I received related to followup testing.

How was your experience with the doctor?Saw Dr. Shah and had a really really great experience. Staff was friendly and accommodating and Dr. Shah was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions and explain his findings and treatment options. Overall, great experience.

How was your experience with the doctor?waited over 30 minutes to see the doctor which is still acceptable to some extent. however after the routine physical check and test, didnt hear anything back from them for over 1month till i found out i got wrongly charged for some additional money by the lab company they use to do the test. no call back/follow up about test results at all..

How was your experience with the doctor?I loved Dr. Ysique and all the staff at Riverside Medical in Ridgewood. The place was extremely clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The nurse who drew my blood was very nice and made the experience as least painful as possible! It was over before I knew it.

How was your experience with the doctor?The doctor was great! There was an issue with their system where they did not receive my zocdoc appointment, but they put me in ASAP and saw me right away anyway. They never made it feel like an issue. This was not a negative to me, but others may want to know: there are medical students in training at this office. My medical history was taken by the med student.

How was your experience with the doctor?I was extremely pleased with my visit to Dr. Ysique's office! I am a new patient and I didn't even finish filling out my paperwork before I was called back to the room (NEVER has happened to me before!). The staff was super friendly and warm. Dr. Ysique was so sweet and attentive. She made me feel right at home. I got a flu shot and a TB test for a job and the nurse was so kind and compassionate! Also, I wanted a blood panel done and all I had to do was walk around the corner to the lab to get my blood drawn! I would highly highly highly recommend this office. The have a pediatric office on the main floor, which seemed very clean, new and the staff there was helpful and friendly too!

How was your experience with the doctor?The reception staff was pretty good...efficient getting me my bloodwork order sheet quickly as I left the appointment. I only wish they had been clearer on costs as I told them I was paying out of pocket. A 30-second ear exam for too much money, cost discovered AFTER the exam was a bit much so I am going to ask them to refund that. The EKG was professional, and advice was solid.

How was your experience with the doctor?In less than 1 hour at the office, I completed all of the paperwork for a new patient and was seen for a complete new patient physical. I was taken back for a nurse to take my vitals almost immediately after finishing the paperwork. There is also a phlebotomist available on site for any necessary bloodwork. The doctor was patient and attentive. She seemed interested in any questions or concerns I might have.

How was your experience with the doctor?Really like her. She listened to everything I had to say and seemed knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable on my first time meeting her. They seemed very busy today and I was there an hour or so before she saw me. Not ideal but she did apologize. One last thing was she didn't tell me when I would get my test results back or when I was safe to go back to work. Not sure what to do now. Her staff was nice and I will return.

How was your experience with the doctor?Very high quality. I was in and out in a timely manner. Dr. Ysique is always helpful and provides the services needed. Staff is very professional and get things done right away as requested by doctor or patient.

How was your experience with the doctor?Although she was nice, i waited far too long to be seen (its not like the waiting room was flooded with patients, and it was early morning). Then I was treated in less than 15 minutes/ It didnt feel as thorough as appointments usually are. Left me wondering if it was my insurance (medicaid) or that I didnt look wealthy enough.
Ill give it one more try.
Everything was clean, except for bathroom, and front desk ladies were sweet.
