Dr. Lauren Golden is Assistant Professor of Medicine at Naomi Berrie Diabetes Center at Columbia University Medical Center. She attended Mount Sinai School of Medicine and completed residency training at Mount Sinai Medical Center. She then pursued fellowship training in Endocrinology at Yale University, followed by fellowship training in clinical investigation at Rockefeller University. Dr. Golden's clinical endocrinology practice focuses on caring for patients with diabetes, particularly young adults with Type 1 diabetes. Her research interests focus on translating basic science advances into clinical studies, and she is co-chair of the Clinical and Translational Research Group and head of professional eduation at the Berrie Center.
