Dr. Salvatore Lenzo is a board certified orthopedic surgeon. In practice since 1987, he specializes in all facets of hand and wrist surgery including trauma, reconstructive, pediatric, hand and wrist and microsurgery. Dr. Lenzo has been named as one of New York Magazine's best doctors for the past 10 years, is published in the field of hand surgery, and has a patent on surgical instrumentation design. He is a member of The American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and American Society for Surgery of the Hand and is an Associate Professor of Orthopaedic Surgery at The NYU School of Medicine. He received his BA from University of Pennsylvania and his MD from New York University School of Medicine. He completed both his residency and fellowship training at the New York University Bellevue Medical Center.
