Dr. Shannon Sniff is an insightful, compassionate psychiatrist treating patients in Missouri City, Texas, and the surrounding communities. Her goal as a practitioner is to take time with each of her patients and not prescribe too many medications. She operates out of Fort Bend Psychiatry, and holds certification from the American Board of Psychiatry. Growing up in Texas, Dr. Sniff attended Texas A&M University, graduating summa cum laude. She pursued her medical degree at the University of Texas Medical School at Houston. Dr. Sniff continued her medical education at the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston. Here, she completed a residency in general psychiatry and a fellowship in child and adolescent psychiatry, receiving recognition as a Distinguished Laughlin Fellow. Patients from four to 65 years of age can receive a full range of psychiatric care from Dr. Sniff.
