Steven Horowitz is a dedicated and experienced pain management specialist and physiatrist based in Brooklyn, NY and Englewood and Teaneck, NJ. Dr. Horowitz obtained his medical degree from the State University of New York, Downstate Medical Center. He completed his residency in physical medicine and rehabilitation at the University of Pennsylvania followed by a fellowship in pain management at Beth Israel Medical Center.
